Accounting Manager -

Job Description:

Real estate company located in West Los Angeles is currently seeking an accounting manager. The individual should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the accounting and finance field. The individual will have needed to have managed a minimum of 6+ individuals. A bachelors degree in accounting or finance is required as well.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Solid understand of GAAP will be required for this rule

*Setting up and maintaining financial controls and accounting policies

*Financial statement preparations and consolidations

*Fixed Assets

*Oversight of the payroll process using ADP

*Balance sheet reconciliations

*Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting

*Month end & year end closing

*General ledger maintenance

*Financial modeling

SOFTWARE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required

*Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macros and
