Summary: We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) ,
detail-oriented, and client-focused Account Manager to join our
Employee Benefits team, specializing in Small Group (1100
employees) . This role manages ongoing client relationships and
supports the implementation and administration of group benefit
programs, including Section 125 Cafeteria Plans , Health
Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) , and Flexible Spending Accounts
(FSA) . The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate
about providing exceptional service to a diverse client base. Key
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for a
portfolio of small group clients, providing day-to-day support and
guidance on employee benefits. Educate and assist clients in
understanding plan design, enrollment processes, and compliance
with Section 125, HRA, and FSA regulations. Deliver clear,
effective communication and benefit presentations in both English
and Spanish to clients and their employees. Coordinate with
carriers, vendors, and internal teams to manage enrollments,
terminations, renewals, and billing inquiries. Monitor legislative
and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits, particularly
ACA and IRS rules. Maintain accurate client records in the agency
management system and ensure timely follow-up on service issues.
Collaborate with producers and other account team members to
support client retention and satisfaction. Qualifications: Fluency
in both English and Spanish is required. 3 years of experience in
employee benefits, account management, or insurance
servicespreferably with small group clients. Strong working
knowledge of Section 125 Plans , HRAs , and FSAs . Familiarity with
group medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary insurance plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and
benefits administration platforms (e.g., Ease, Employee Navigator,

exposed to outside weather conditions, dust, walking on uneven
ground, cold, extreme heat, and wet or humid conditions. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
focus.
