Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments. Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally. Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations. Qualifications Must be a United States-based applicant . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
