The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth
day-to-day office operations by providing administrative, clerical,
and organizational support. This role serves as a key point of
contact for staff, clients, and vendors, helping maintain an
efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment. Key
Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including phone
calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence Maintain organized
digital and physical filing systems Coordinate calendars, meetings,
and appointments Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic
bookkeeping tasks Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Greet visitors and provide front-desk support as needed Support HR
and management with onboarding, records, and reporting Ensure
office policies and procedures are followed Handle confidential
information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred) Proven
experience in an administrative or office support role Proficiency
in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong organizational,
time-management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and
collaboratively Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills Experience with invoicing, scheduling software, or
CRM systems Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish a plus)
Familiarity with basic accounting or HR processes Work Environment
Office-based role with occasional physical tasks such as filing or
lifting office supplies Fast-paced, collaborative environment Equal
