focused on AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails,
PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq
Implement frontend features with Next.js and React while ensuring
high product quality
Participate in product iterations, A/B testing, and performance
optimizations
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in building large Rails applications
Recent experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI
integration
Strong understanding of both backend and frontend development
Proven ability to deliver high-quality products quickly
Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to excellence
