requires an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing and able to
obtain a CI polygraph. Vantor is seeking a Space Systems Risk
Management Engineer to join our team to work with the U.S. Space
Force as part of the effort to define and manage an integrated
system-of-systems space enterprise, specifically focused on SSC’s
Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO). You will apply systems
engineering principles and risk management methodologies to complex
systems of systems across the space industry. Grow your skills by
researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using
innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow’s
solutions. Responsibilities: System engineering expertise: develop
and maintaining system architectures, requirements documents,
interface control documents (ICDs), and other technical
documentation. System of Systems (SoS) Engineering: integrate
heterogeneous systems and managing interdependencies. Risk
Management utilizing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
techniques. Space Systems Knowledge: space systems architecture,
including spacecraft, launch vehicles, ground systems, and
communication networks. Modeling & Simulation: system analysis and
performance evaluation. Develop and use models to assess system
behavior and identify potential risks. Minimum Qualifications: Must
be a US Citizen, current/active TS/SCI clearance, and willing and
able to obtain a CI Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in engineering
(Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is
required. 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a
focus on complex systems, preferably within the space industry.
Experience with System of Systems (SoS) engineering principles is
highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in risk management
processes and techniques is essential. Must be able to work on-site
in El Segundo, CA. Experience with systems engineering
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Model-Based Systems Engineering
(MBSE)). Experience in integrating heterogeneous systems and
managing interdependencies. Knowledge of relevant industry
standards (e.g., NASA, MIL-STD, ISO). Familiarity with project
management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, WarpCore).
Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Aerospace, Systems,

starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and
is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not
limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills,
geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with
the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and
skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper
end of the pay range. The base pay for this position within
California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, the Washington, DC
metropolitan area, and for all other states is: $113,000.00 -
