Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Implementation Manager to
oversee the implementation of a community program by engaging
partners and volunteers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and mobilize community partners and volunteers
for program deployment
Develop and implement operational procedures and community
engagement activities
Collaborate with staff to cultivate relationships and secure
program funding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or
program delivery
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project or
Smartsheets)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of
urgency
Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing complex
projects
