Ventura County is seeking an FM Physician dedicated to delivering
high quality, compassionate care to our diverse community of Santa

relocation assistance - Salary Range: $250,000 - 300,000 annually
productivity incentives - Sign on Bonus up to $125k - Relocation

degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine(ABMS
or AOA) - Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office
procedures - Strong communication skills and a commitment to
patient-centered care - Ability to work in a team-oriented
