Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Job We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team for 13-week contract assignments. In this role, you will help patients regain independence and improve performance in activities of daily living while working in diverse clinical environments. Responsibilities - Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and functional performance - Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support continued recovery - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations - Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program - Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of assignment - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome - Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and patient populations - Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Towne U.S. LLC Job ID 17756925.
