Medical Assistant Location: Pasadena, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $800 to $960 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/Hourly. Summary: A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports physicians and other healthcare professionals by performing both clinical and administrative duties. They help ensure smooth operation of healthcare facilities such as clinics, hospitals, and medical offices while providing quality patient care. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: ?Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures. Record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and weight. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician. Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens (blood, urine, etc.). Remove sutures and change wound dressings. Requirements Requirements: 2 - year experience Required, Epic experience Required, Must have a Medical assistant diploma, BLS Certification, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Locals accepted at lower rate.
