Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel III - Employment (Benefits).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance on benefit plan design, implementation, and compliance
Draft and review benefit plan documents, forms, and communications
Provide legal support for benefits-related efforts and executive compensation

Required Qualifications:

J.D. and license to practice in Missouri or equivalent state
Minimum of 10 years of progressive attorney experience in relevant practice area
Extensive knowledge of relevant legal area and regulatory environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex legal matters
Experience in employment-related matters
