transforming your career. Enterprise Programs Management Director
What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital
role you will lead the successful execution of the Amgen India
Technology Transformation Initiative , a multi-year strategic
program focused on optimizing onboarding of Amgen resources,
operations, enabling scalable growth, and enhancing enterprise
efficiency. This individual will serve as a central figure in
driving on-time delivery of complex workstreams, managing
transformation budgets, and delivering high-quality, consolidated
program dashboards to executive collaborators. Previous experience
leading transformational programs resulting in successful
transformation of global teams such as India is advantageous.
Responsible for: Serve as the principal program manager for Amgen
India Technology Transformation, overseeing multiple interdependent
projects across business and technology domains Ensure on-time
delivery of milestones, proactively managing risks, issues, and
dependencies across global and local workstreams Drive project
governance and maintain rigorous program discipline using
structured methodologies Lead the design and maintenance of
consolidated dashboards that track key transformation KPIs,
timelines, and resource utilization Provide accurate, real-time
reporting to executive leadership and transformation steering
committees, synthesizing data into actionable insights Manage
program budgets across multiple cost centers and funding sources,
including capital and operational expenditures Partner with Finance
and Procurement to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and
compliance with global financial policies Facilitate
cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities with
transformation outcomes Present program updates to senior
executives and global steering groups, ensuring alignment and
visibility Lead and mentor a hard-working team of program and
project managers Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to
ensure delivery commitments are met in scope, quality, and time
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous
improvement 10% travel required Open to remote What we expect of

with these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree
and 4 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree and 8 years of
relevant experience OR Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant
experience In addition to meeting at least one of the above
requirements, you must have at least 4 years experience directly
managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams,
projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your
managerial experience may run concurrently with the required
technical experience referenced above Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead
cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong
technical background, with demonstrated success managing
large-scale, transformational or expansion-focused programs.
Experience leading service expansion initiatives across global
regions, including developing scalable processes and frameworks.
Extensive program management experience, including work on
high-impact, transformational initiatives such as mergers,
acquisitions, or enterprise-level system overhauls. Strong
problem-solving skills and a track record of process development
and optimization in high-intensity program environments.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor or right hand
to senior leadership, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving
clarity across multiple workstreams. Experience managing a
combination of direct and indirect reports, with an emphasis on
influencing without authority across various business units. What

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary,
