Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT End User
Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals for Tier 1 IT support
and application administration
Optimize IT service desk, oversee IT support services, and
collaborate with application owners for efficient operations
Develop and deliver end user training programs to enhance IT
literacy and self-sufficiency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field
3+ years of people management experience in IT support and
application administration
7+ years of IT experience including service desk experience
Experience within a MacOS environment
Proficiency in managing and configuring business applications
