Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to support
commercial deals and scale the Commercial Legal team's reach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide partnership and support to various revenue teams
Negotiate a wide range of agreements to meet business
objectives
Refine templates and build resources to accelerate deal closures
and track metrics
Required Qualifications
JD or equivalent from an accredited law school and a license to
practice
A minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial
agreements
Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property law, and
data protection regulations
Ability to work collaboratively and build trusted advisor
relationships
