Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonus About the
Role The Global Partnership Operations Manager is responsible for
the operational leadership and execution of SprintRay’s most
complex global partnership. This role ensures that all commercial,
regulatory, product, inventory, and country activation workflows
are aligned and executed across SprintRay US, SprintRay EU, and
global distribution teams. This is a highly cross-functional,
execution-focused leadership role. Success requires strong project
management discipline, operational rigor, and the ability to
orchestrate multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the
partnership runs efficiently and scales globally. While the role
supports strategic relationship management, its primary mandate is
operational enablement, process alignment, and global execution.
Key Responsibilities Global Partnership Operations Ownership Serve
as the central internal operator for the global strategic
partnership. Coordinate execution across US and EU teams to ensure
process alignment and operational consistency. Identify and resolve
operational bottlenecks impacting the partnership. Order, Pricing &
Inventory Governance Track and monitor new orders, product flow,
inventory forecasting, and supply alignment. Develop and manage
global pricing structures (standard, DSO, education tiers). Oversee
demo unit approvals, discount tracking, and margin alignment.
Maintain SKU governance including new SKU creation, SpeedUp
template management, and product codes. Regulatory & Systems
Management Manage Product City (Straumann regulatory system)
uploads and documentation accuracy. Ensure regulatory readiness for
product launches and country expansions. Maintain data integrity
across systems affecting global partnership execution. Global
Country Activation & Expansion Lead operational readiness for new
country activations (e.g., AUS, NZ, Turkey, Mexico, Chile, Japan,
Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Brazil). Enable new invoice and
logistics flows. Build repeatable activation playbooks for global
scaling. Align supply chain, regulatory, pricing, and product
readiness prior to launch. Product Development & Launch
Coordination Oversee operational coordination for co-branded
product development initiatives. Track development timelines,
regulatory milestones, and global rollout readiness. Ensure
alignment between product development and distribution enablement.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement Unify processes
between SprintRay US and SprintRay EU (e.g., PTP, invoicing,
pricing structures). Document workflows and create durable internal
systems to support scaling. Build dashboards and tracking tools to
improve visibility and accountability. Qualifications 8–12 years of
experience in global program management, partnership operations, or
complex cross-border account execution. Strong project management
experience in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare,
manufacturing, or technology preferred). Experience managing SKU
governance, pricing models, inventory forecasting, or regulatory
systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across
multiple regions and time zones. High operational discipline and
attention to detail. Executive communication skills with ability to
