Job Description:
A company is looking for an LVN / LPN Intake Coordinator for
weekends in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient intake processes and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations
Manage data entry and maintain accurate patient records
Provide support and assistance to patients and their families
during the intake process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered
Nurse (RN)
Minimum of one year experience as an LVN or RN in a medical
setting, preferably home health
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and
accreditation requirements
Experience with data entry
Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
