Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner to search public
records and examine titles for residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for
various title orders
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal
restrictions, and verify property descriptions
Prepare initial title commitment documentation and resolve issues
related to title documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires 2+ years of directly related experience
State license(s) if required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical review and research
skills
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
