A company is looking for a Food Safety and Handling Subject
Matter Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct an internal audit of the Client Global Culinary program
Apply industry best practices related to food safety and
handling
Work approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility based on
project needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
15+ years of industry experience in food safety and handling
Current working knowledge of food safety best practices
Relevant certification such as ServSafe Food Handler Certification,
CFPM Certificate, or ISO 22000
Experience working with or at a large corporate cafeteria
