This Accountant/Account Manager (Tour Department) Position Features:

Experience Required

? MUST have Accounting background/experience

? MUST have experience in Entertainment Industry

? MUST have experience providing full cycle accounting for touring for high net worth individuals

? Big 4 experience a HUGE PLUS

? Datafaction a HUGE PLUS

? CPA a HUGE PLUS

? Computer literate ? Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

? Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

? Knowledge of bank reconciliation process

? Comfortable with online research, as needed

? Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

? Responsible for full cycle accounting for the tours of high net worth clients

? Responsible for processing auto bank reconciliations and preparing cash flow reports

? Responsible for preparing Medex packages

? Responsible for scanning documents into GFR

? Responsible for scanning, associating and coding all payables and cash receipts into the Imaging system

? Responsible for e-mailing client premium invoices paid to TAM

? Assist with year-end 1099 processing

? Assist with year-end tax packages

? Provide assistance to Account Executive, Supervisors, Managers and Partners as needed

? Assist with prioritizing and processing incoming mail

? Assist with downloading and coding of credit card statements
