A company is looking for a Benefits Configuration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and update product configuration elements based on benefit plans and documents
Collaborate with stakeholders to document customer needs and requirements
Design and build various product and benefit components in Facets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Medicare benefit configuration and claims issue resolution
3+ years of experience with Facets database tables and configuration
2+ years of experience with Facets Workflow
2+ years of experience with Facets Business Process Automation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
