Job Description:
A company is looking for a CMDB Senior Technical Consultant to
join their team in a 100% remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of the CMDB
component within the ServiceNow re-platforming program
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand configuration item (CI)
requirements and dependencies
Analyze the current CMDB and discovery architecture to identify
gaps and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, focusing on CMDB and
Discovery
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Proven experience leading CMDB implementations in large-scale
enterprises
Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially Configuration
Management
