A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support and troubleshoot issues in production
environments
Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system performance and
reliability
Collaborate with development teams to implement and optimize
software solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics,
Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering or
systems development
Strong expertise in MongoDB and JavaScript development
Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such
as Dynatrace, Kafka, Splunk, Kubernetes, and Rancher
Strong SQL development experience
