Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support
small business customers through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative sales experience to small business customers,
helping them manage and grow their operations
Engage with clients to uncover needs and tailor solutions from the
company's ecosystem of products
Acquire new users and increase existing customers' usage of the
company's offerings while meeting sales metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales and SaaS sales
Understanding of small business operations and challenges
Ability to build customer confidence and provide expert
consultations
Familiarity with financial management, payroll, and payment
solutions
Proven track record of meeting key performance metrics
