Maintain relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking new sales opportunities. Regularly meet and exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating contracts. Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to reinforce Securitas's presence and gather market intelligence. Liaise with the marketing department to create and distribute sales collateral and promotional materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate and close deals Deep understanding of the security and law enforcement industry Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or equivalent) are highly valued. Additional certifications related to security and risk management are advantageous.
