seeking a results-driven and motivated Outside Sales - Account
Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be
responsible for generating new business, re-engaging inactive
accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing
clients across major markets. You will play a key role in driving
revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and representing our brand
with professionalism and integrity. This is an exciting opportunity
for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion
for delivering customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing, inactive, and prospective clients on
a regular schedule to generate sales of company products and
services Sell strategically into key markets, identifying
opportunities to expand market share Build and nurture strong,
long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs
and providing tailored solutions Consistently achieve or exceed
individual and departmental sales goals as set by the Regional
Sales Manager (RSM) Maintain accurate records of all sales
activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM
tools Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and
product knowledge to effectively position offerings Collaborate
with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, and product
development) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account
management Qualifications: Proven track record of success in
outside sales, with 2 years of experience preferred (B2B experience
a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field is preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills
with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and
manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of
attention to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
